Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Veritonic.

Salary range: $80,000 to $105,000 (yearly rate) – subject to experience

The Opportunity

As audio makes those connections faster and deeper than any other channel, it was high time that brands had the insights to know they were truly capitalizing on the opportunity.

The Client Success Manager will focus on driving customer retention through day-to-day relationship management and providing direct support to clients. The CSM will serve as a key point of contact for clients in the audio industry, helping them navigate and utilize Veritonic’s tools to execute audio research, track performance, and generate actionable insights for marketing decisions. This role is hands-on and operational, requiring close attention to client needs and ensuring clients maximize the value of their investment in our platform.

The CSM will work closely with client power users and key stakeholders to ensure they are effectively using Veritonic’s capabilities to meet their goals. The CSM will support clients in getting the most out of our products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Internally, the CSM acts as a key liaison between the customer and internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science), ensuring that client feedback and needs are communicated clearly and acted upon in a timely manner. Within the Client Success team, the CSM will collaborate with colleagues to refine best practices, share insights from client interactions, and contribute to team objectives aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Responsible for retaining and growing assigned book of business Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and develop a trusted advisor partnership with key customer stakeholders as the subject matter expert on Veritonic’s capability Lead Clients as they design, configure, run, and analyze audio reports and campaigns Owner of all client-facing and technical aspects of the day-to-day relationship Track project progress against agreed KPIs and any contractual obligations Deliver an excellent client experience through strong project management: anticipate and work through bottlenecks, manage multiple schedules of data-driven processes and deliverables, and maintain a high standard of execution excellence Lead and deliver customer QBRs. Serve as the internal “Voice of the Customer” for the Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science team to make improvements and add new capabilities Independently spearhead special projects that uncover cross-functional opportunities to grow Veritonic. This includes analytics, operations, product improvements, and other areas of personal interest.

Behavioral Profile

Enjoys working directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships through daily interactions and hands-on support 3-5+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally in account management, customer success or similar client-facing roles Analytically driven with a passion and aptitude for manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data; highly curious and empirical thinker who takes a structured approach to deconstruct and solve problems Proactive and curious nature to help solve difficult business challenges for both your customer and Veritonic Organized executor capable of independently managing multiple workstreams with high attention to detail; driven to deliver outcomes on schedule and proactively identify/escalate bottlenecks Independent thinker who identifies opportunities for improvement; clever, in line with a high-growth culture Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to convey complex information in a straightforward and compelling manner Interest working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a fun, close-knit team Interest in the audio space, from podcasts to cross-channel brand advertising Understanding of basic market research principles Bachelor’s degree in Sales, and/or in a quantitative or marketing field
