What the Programme Offers
1. Cash Grants for Podcast Development
- Eligibility for Two Tiers of Grants:
- Ten creators will receive £1,000 each.
- An additional ten creators will receive £500 each.
These funds can be utilized to produce trailers, original pilots, or special episodes of ongoing series, enabling creators to focus on storytelling without financial constraints.
2. Production Support from Content is Queen
Selected podcasters will gain access to comprehensive production assistance, including:
- Development Guidance: Expert advice on refining content ideas and scripting.
- Editing Support: Professional input to polish episodes for maximum impact.
- Studio Access: Use of Content is Queen’s Somerset House studio, equipped with state-of-the-art podcasting technology.
3. Exclusive Opportunities with Audible
Grant recipients will also have a chance to pitch their podcasts to Audible, with the potential for commissioning and long-term development. This partnership offers creators a pathway to scale their ideas and reach wider audiences.

Who Can Apply?
- Creators worldwide, aged 18 and above.
- Individual applicants or small teams (fewer than ten employees).
Who Is Ineligible?
- Companies with more than ten employees or an annual turnover exceeding £50,000.
- Employees, friends, and family members of Content is Queen or Audible.

- Applications are open now and close on 3 January 2025.
